A: No, we cannot deliver to PO box address as we want to ensure seamless and safe delivery. If your order is meant to be delivered to a PO box address, please note we will require you to provide us with a physical address for us to deliver.

 

Q: I have received a defective item. What to do?

A: Kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please send us pictures of the package and the contents. Once we have this, we will send you a replacement asap. Keep in mind that if the product is opened, we cannot accept it as a return.

Q: How long does it take to get the refunds?
